Chocolate mousse. As for the rest, I'd probably watch a good movie to alleviate the mind for a bit. I can't think of anything better within a jail cell. Maybe paint/draw some artwork to be "free".

 

A nice steak to eat, and I would probably be wondering whats gonna happen when the lights go out...

Send me in a couple of women, a half gallon of vodka, Some Jones green apple soda, a giant "Brewmaster" pizza from Brewery City Pizza, and some of every drug I've never tried. Sure, I'll OD in that cell. But it'll be a hell of a party.
