As a residential furnace and a/c mechanic I've been bit by dogs more than a few times. DOGS SUCK! It's always the stupid tiny dogs (like the one above) that bite me or piss on my boots when I leave them at the front door. The only exception is Labs and Retrievers. I've never had a problem with either of those kinds of dogs. I will NEVER own a dog.
I do have a super annoying cat though. Her name is Charlotte and she is a Calico. She never stops meowing. She drives me crazy but I couldn't do without her. She was found in a cardboard box with her two kittens on the side of a major highway. The two kittens were given away but nobody wanted the mother, so I took her. I had never owned a pet before in my life. She's been part of our family now for almost 11 years.

Dogs are for dudes.
Felines are for Females.
I have neither, no time to take care of animals - I'm barely home enough to take care of myself. Cats are self sufficient and 'okay' for people who are rarely home. Dogs are cool, but require more maintenance.
Dogs under 40 pounds fall in the feline category. They're not really dogs

I got scratched by my grandma's cat a long time ago and hated them ever since. I have owned many dogs. At one point we had four full grown dogs. My bulldog Romeo was my favorite RIP. I have a pitbull now named honey dew.

I have three cats, one of which I got when I was a bachelor. He's my 12 year old buddy

When I retire, I'm getting a dog or two. My cats don't mind if we're gone 14 hours a day, but a dog would go crazy and sad.
Basically, I'm an animal person. I want a goat, but the wife won't let me get one, lol.
