However, wars tend to happen during rough economic times, and the global economy is on the corner about to go downhill for some rough sledding. USA is in recession, Greece, Spain, Portugal, Italy possibly to default on debts and leave Euro, China cratering, Canada and Australia housing markets about to be (USA 2008) x2 ... so ...
