i am thinking of picking up a tiburon for the gf, she will be paying for it, i will just be getting the loan out for it.

i came across this..

and frankly needed the bathroom.

i am thinking of buying this, having it shipped from FL to MI, what do you guys think? good or bad idea?

not considering finances or anything, if one of you guys wanted a sweet, turbo tibby, thats a legend would you pick this up?

honestly, I don't know much about batlord. Must have been before my time here. I'd say giver though (finances aside). That is a super clean car, it's blue (which means it matches yours), and it's turboed. sweet.

approx how much is the car though... then factor in the shipping

if it was me, i would consider this:
- final cost
- would the lady like it?
- would it be practical for her? (i know it will be for me lol.gif)
- since this will be somewhat of a daily driver; reliablity? maintenance and cost? etc
- thinking about having a kid? is it baby friendly?

you know things like that

That car is really bad a**, I have seen it up close and it is an amazing car. Where did you find him selling it at?

Interior is amazing also.

final cost will be lil under 10k. lady pointed it out to me. shouldnt be more to maintain than mine, which hasnt been much so far, now that everything is fixed.

my tib will be baby friendly, til i can get rid of my grand am and just lease a Lantra, or something like that.

she wants a turbo tibby. how gr8 of a chick is that. smile.gif she will be dricing mostly to and from work <2 miles from our place. shes going to be paying for it, so i can still pay bills, save for kid or new place, still undecided on that one. was talking to faith about some ideas. would prob. be nicer to get a nice place, then have a kid.

this is just in concept stages right now, but she has 2 ideas in mind, she wants tib (WOOOT) and wants 5speed turbo (2X woot)

I think I remember him getting the Haltech installed. If so, then go for it. Otherwise you'd have to deal with the tuning drama.

Get it!

I'd find out how much of that car is left, the way Yuri had it, first.

Then I'd consider it.
If it's just audio, which I think it was the last time it was for sale, then get it.
Otherwise, like Jon said, if they messed with the engine components,... forgot it.
