For anyone who read my post in the dyi about a similar idea...That's not what I'm talking about. This thing is just retarded!
Just wanted to clear that up before someone said some jackass was thinking of doing the same thing here.
It looks to me like the two things on the top are electric fans. The manifold is probably stock and the fans are there to pull air through the duct. What would be the point of having dual carbs. or throttle bodies with the duct set up like that. The whole thing doesn't make any friggin sense anyway!
