I have $3000 what should i do first. Get a body kit and rims or go for a turbo. I can get one of the other now and the other in the summer. What should i get first?

I personally would say go turbo first...it's better to be fast and look slow than to look fast and be slow in my opinion. (especially if you're going to get the 2 either way)
