The only element missing is recoil, but you should be surprised by that anyway when firing. I would say if you do not have access to a range or what to spend a ton on rounds; it would help. Sight picture and trigger squeeze practice if anything.

I would like to try this. I have some misgivings about this and the safe handling of firearms but I think I could justify it.
