I've been very unproductive today. It's the Friday before Memorial Day, and nobody is at work. Both bosses are on vacation, and I'm not very motivated. So... I've spent the last hour playing with Wolfram | Alpha.
Is Wolfram|Alpha a search engine?
No. It's a computational knowledge engine: it generates output by doing computations from its own internal knowledge base, instead of searching the web and returning links.
