It's not. It overheated for other reasons.
Most of those are just a stupid tax, but a couple of them will kill people. Posting the ones that will kill people, in today's litigious USA, is probably a bad idea.

There's going to be a lot of clueless people and dumb blondes who see these posts and think they are 100% accurate. I expect to see or hear about a lot of epic fails this winter.
