What's the point of burnouts in civics and town cars?

I have a "valet" tune if I ever need to bring the car to the dealer for any reason, I would never let anyone actually valet it.

lowers rev limiter to 3k and throttle to 40%.

The ONLY person I would ever let drive my car is a mechanic if I need work done that I cant do. And even then, I watch them get in the car and drive it into the bay or on the lift, without taking my eyes off it.
