Why Are These Gr2's So Cheap?

Well a friend of mine has some blown struts and he showed me this link

They are 148$ + 23$ shipping. Other sellers are selling the GR2's for 184-194$ plus shipping. Why are these so much cheaper. Everything is stated says brand new.

I'm thinking maybe returns? Or manu. defects?

That's a possibility. Or he could be selling them at wholesale price. Really, there's no telling. The best thing to do in this circumstance would be to read through his ratings and see what other people have to say about him.

(I'd be more helpful if this damned govt PC didn't block out eBay) mad.gif

is there any difference between the rd1 and rd2 strut assembly or they the same?

I bought those KYB struts from that ebay seller. They were new, sealed in the original boxes. They are now installed on my car. No problems and highly recommend them.

I paid $200CDN for my GR-2's...They were used mind you, but only for a few months.
