there are literally hundreds of differnt people that perform these tests every year and since they didn't say who the test was done by it kinda falls short IMO.
I have only driven through RI once and i didn't think it was nearly as bad as New Jersey. as expensive as their turnpike is it suprises me they can have potholes big enough that i watched a tahoe lose a whole wheel assembly on the front from it.

don't forget they get a lot of snow up there!! the roads are bad here because we have temperature fluctuation. it's very hot in the summer, very cold in the winter. nothing in between.
but yeah, it's sh:t like this that the U.S. needs to take care of. not spend money on a worthless useless pointless war.

NASHVILLE – At 455 miles in length, Tennessee is home to the longest stretch of Interstate 40 in the nation and, for the fourth straight year, the nation’s truckers have rated it the best stretch of roadway in America. In addition, truck drivers rated Tennessee’s overall roadway system third best in the country for the eleventh year in a row according to a recent survey of truck owners and operators by Overdrive Magazine.
That's the only way I was able to drive a Veilside tib

most of the time these surveys refer to major highways like I-70 and I-135/35 here in totoland. hwy 77,75,99,36,and finally 24 are all fairly good but where you live at it is mainly county maintained or the state guys have low budgets in that area.
they just redid roughly 25 miles of hwy 15 south of washington . good lord, talk about glass. absolute ZERO road noise.
