what kind of shifter does that thing have? I thought it was the paddles like an f1 car but he keeps reaching down. I'm guess it's a sequential shift or something for him to be shifting that fast. that would explain the led on the dash. I thought sequential shifts were for drag though?

very interesting. once i saw a eclipse in a mag that had been converted to sequential. that seems pretty difficult but sounds pretty cool idea.
