Why do you guys think Circuit City failed?

Why do you guys think Circuit City failed?
I know CC had incompetent people working for them at the end. Best Buy isnt really too much better than CC. They employ the same caliber of people for the most part. But BB has been going strong and staying in business where CC has failed. Why do you guys think that has happened?
