Holy Moly.

We went to the cinema to see poseidon (which is amazing btw) and right at a part where the water comes rushing toward the camera the screen went bright white.. lights went on and we could hear booms and crashes.

We thought it was part of the movie lmao.gif

Anyways it turned out its a sweeping storm.. Is everyone in NJ ok? I know its sweeping over.. DAMN bad storm man 02.gif

 

lol im fine, power flickered several times but it kinda missed us i think, lots of noise comin from the north, great to watch smile.gif

 

Man it was soooo surreal.

There we are watching a thrilling suspense movie (it really had me going) and then it was almost like we were made a part of it.

As we walked into the movie lobby all we could see was flashing, trees falling over and loads of stuff getting hit by lightning.

And in the movie the power was flashing, booms and crashes and all kinds of mad stuff.

It was like walking from fiction into reality and it was totally seemless.

It was crazy, I just came home and then went to my neighbors. All of a sudden lightning was flashing like crazy and it started pouring. At one point, there was a big shot of lightning and then the loudest thunder Ive heard in a looong time. It was like booom!!! lol I almost fell off the couch it scared me so bad lmao.gif

The only good thing is it got a lot cooler..that humidity was crazy.

 

we got a little bit of rain down here by AC.. and a lot of far off thunder and lightening. I wish we would have been hit hard.. it is 8am and I can already feel the humidity creeping up again.

we got slammed her in CT. power was out for 10 hours. i was at work and windows were moving cuz of the wind. there was hail, blinding rain and serious lightning. i heard swirling winds so i wonder it was a small tornado

 

we were thinking it was a tornado.. it really did look like something out of twister.

as for the humidity? yep its totally rising high again.. this is one thing I find hard to take about being in the states man 02.gif
