I did as well. Our annual bonuses are in March, but since the economy went south three years ago, they started giving us 80% of our (estimated) bonus to us the week before Christmas. We'll get the rest in March after our financial statements are reviewed and submitted.
It was almost as much as an entire two week paycheck. It's been more in the past, but I won't complain. I'm just happy I got something.

No bonus here either BUT....... I'm a refrigeration apprentice, raises are based on hours worked until I complete my apprenticeship (which will be complete in spring!). My boss called me up a few weeks before Christmas and told me they missed my last bump in pay. So I got a $3.50/hour raise back paid to October! Ended up being worth a paycheck plus a little. So that's kinda like a bonus!
