I have gone and loved it!
Just go with a reputable company and a good guide. I really didn't think rafting was that extreme. I think almost anyone could do it.

Been a couple of times. Like he said ^ just get a guide and I would recommend not trying to tackle anything crazy on your first go.
It's a blast, you'll enjoy the sh*t out of it!
