There are countless speaker devices for prego-bellies. Arguably a much better way to expose the fetus to tunes.
I mean think about it! The birth canal is all flesh and muscle and fat. It's going damn near mute a mere 55db. The abdomen is much thinner by the 6th month in, and the child to be is positioned right there.
