If a bomb did hit, I would hope I would either be vaporized instantly or at least very very far away where it wouldnt effect me. Being anywhere in the middle of that would be the suck!

I can't see the link, but I agree with V.
I remember watching a british movie, "threads", which was a sort of documentary about what would happen if there was nuclear war. It just followed the stories of like four different people in the lead up and aftermath of being nuked. Very real and interesting movie.

Visionz, if one hits it is as likely as not to be from an Iranian ICBM, and the EMP will take out the national power grid. Nobody dies the first day . . . but within a month, a couple hundred million dead. Other than that cheerful fact, I'm right there with you.
