Frankly he's a bag of arrogant dicks. The cops, the first one especially, did nothing wrong and acted, for the most part, professionally. He was deliberately trying to provoke them.
If his intention were to remain silent "here is my licenses, and I am not going to answer questions." Put it all on the table. No need to be an a**hole about it and certainly no need to yell at them or question their integrity.
