Default What are some major lifestyle changes you HAVE to make?

For me, going to bed early. I know, it may not sound like a major change, but I've always been a night person. Recently, my health has took a turn mainly due to my job. Looking at me, you couldn't tell. I look healthy, but compared to my previous way of life, I feel out of shape. I need to start going to bed early, so I can get up early and go to the gym.

What are some major lifestyle changes that YOU need to make?

^do thatenough and you can store some serious cash in the drawer.

217sonatta. sammmmme here. i'm 6'4 and lean. if i get a body, i might actually look pretty decently built and have a shot at gitting some chicks, but until then i'm just a big lank. i'm going to go on a veggie and grain diet for a while. jog some. don't eat before you go to bed or your cholesterol and glucose is stored away in pockets.

plus, lay off the computer. good luck bud.

Keep with my workout routine. 4 days/week of cardio with spurts of weight lifting.

I need to get away from the weights and focus more on the cardio. Currently:
5 minute bike warm up (1.25 mi.) to raise heart rate.
15 minutes on weight machines
25 minutes on elliptical or ARC trainer at medium to high intensity
10-20 minutes (3-5 mi.) on recumbant bike to cool down and relax

going to bed earlier. i stay up to like 4am when i have to work at 10am. i don't ever feel tired but i know it can't be good for me. i just really don't enjoy sleep, it feels like a major waste of time. i think i need to get myself in the mindset that it's not a waste of time, but essential to my health, just like going to the gym.
