Well this is what I did this past weekend. I started painting saturday night and got it finished sunday. I shot the front end pieces during the week so I'll get some pics of it all together. This paint was the hardest stuff I have ever shot. It's so thin for anyone who has ever shot autopaint just image the auto paint thinned out 5 times the normal amount and this is what this stuff is like before adding reducer. So it takes lots of thin super thin coats. I cant even remember how many coats went on this plane. But later this year I'll be shooting the wings. The reason for the wait is b/c we have to remove them to paint them. And my dad wants to fly this plane this summer. The other plane is getting tore down for its annual inspection. Oh yeah this plane is not metal. That is why there's not much shin to the paint it's actually fabric wraped over a metal frame. Sorry faith for not making it out this weekend.

Actually I got the fuselage painted this weekend and the front cowlings. I need to paint the wings later this year and it will be done.
