If they're going to crush the cars of "street racers", they should crush all of the Merc's and BMW's driven by Yuppies at double the speed limit. What about all of the celeb's who get DUI's? Crush their cars too. That's just as dangerous. They'll never do it though because Yuppies and celeb's have attorneys and vote. Street racers are usually kids without the resources to fight back.
