Default What Happened to GOD & His Engine Swap?

Remember this guy a few months ago from the old forum? He had a yellow Lanos hatch and was doing a Nubira engine swap. Anyone know this guy? What happened? I'm sure people here want to see the results....good or bad.

Okay, D4, the link doesn't work because Yahoo doesn't support linking to their sites (Groups, Geocities, etc). That link should answer Scourge's question. It's a reality, buddy! He had some problems with the accessories (had to go without a/c for a while) but as far as I know (based on the timeframe he was giving himself to sort it out..which has long expired) he should be good now.

I can't remember the exact figures, but he did say he paid something like US$4,000 for the conversion!! A wolllop, I think....I'm spending half that amount for my turbo project. Of course he has reliability and driveability...but hey...
