doesn't look like an rd2, maybe a nissan 240 or something. pretty funny, it's probably a car club. japanese police cars are toyboxes like they are in europe hahah.

 

The one on the near end is obviously not a tib, however, look at the far end. That corner light looks familiar.

The last 2 are hard to tell.
