you're right about the universal login not working. the only thing i can think of is that the password was changed by someone...
tibby01 may be the only one who can change the password using the "forgot password" thing if he set it up using his email addy

sorry guys, im pretty sure i signed that account up with our rdtib email accounts we had for a bit, but are now gone.
however, i just made up a new one...

Just ask Supercow, he should be able to resetup that email for you really quick. When we changed servers i just got him to forward it to my gmail account.
