Okay guys, I got my first set of Gmail Invites today. 11 total. 1 is gone, and I'll give out 8 or so of these to the first requests I get.
If you don't know what Gmail is, it's all over the net.

You get 1 GIGABITE of storage space.
Yes, 1 gig.
There is a nice search feature to search thru your stored emails, and there is also NO image ads. There ARE ads, but they are little text ones that have something to do with your current email.

No POP3 access right now, but there are a few programs SIMILAR to yahoopops out there that will let you DL your Gmail's to your PC.
