looks like my home state is going to be the florida of 2004. Its not even noon here and i've heard several convos on OSU's campus already about people not knowing where to vote and can't get the website to work so they can figure out where to vote.. and keep in mind these are college educated people

Wait, you guys have to go to a particular place to vote? Here we can go to ANY polling station.

I voted last Thursday. It ruled.

4 more years!!!

Hard to belive New Mexico is so important in the US Political scene now.

well Dweet as you are our resident ohioan (is that a word?) I am blaming this entire mess on you. Because of your instructions for the Dems to vote the next day, the polls wound up being open till 4 in the morning and they are not yet done counting. THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT!

Just kidding lol.gif

Well, even though this election Ohio played out like Floirda in 2000, Bush ended up winning in the end.

I don't think this one was as bad as what happened in Florida, remember the Supreme Court got involved in that one, but Bush still won and deserved it..it was a very good showing by both parties.

this is nothing like florida.. what ohio is doing is following its law written describing how provisional ballots are counted. Bush doesn't have a big enough lead to just throw out the provisional ballots... However its very unlikely Kerry will get enough of the provisional votes to take Ohio, but its possible
