yes, this is completely off topic, but i figure with all you computer users reading this board, SOMEONE has to know the answer to this.

Is there a program that will convert .MOV and .QT video to .MPEG that can be burnt to a VCD with Nero (or a burning program for cheap that will burn these files w/o converting them)? i checked Download.com, and came up empty handed. I'd even be willing to pay for a program to do this (as long as it isn't really expensive).

Easy VCD, is what I use. It's free.

that's a great little program, thanks i'll definitely use it in the future... but... it doesn't seem to support .mov or .qt sad.gif
i have a bunch of MTV's the State and Stella skits i wanna put on vcd, but they only come in those 2 formats...
