Your being crazy dude smile.gif . I will brake it down.
1,024 Bytes (B) = 1 KilaByte (KB)
1,024 KilaBytes (KBs) = 1 MegaByte (MB)
1,024 MegaBytes (MBs) = 1 GigaByte (GB)
1,024 GigaBytes (GBs) = 1 TeraByte (TB)
Verizon normal service is ADSL. ADSL is asymetric. What that means is you dont have the same download as upload. Usually they give you MUCH more download than upload. SDSL is symetric. So if you had 3 MBs/S download you would have 3 MBs/S upload also.
3 MBs actually equals only 3,072 KBs/S so you are actually getting faster download than you are rated for. Your upload is the normal 3 MB download ADSL upload speed.
