Default Vegas Trip

So I'm looking to book a Vegas trip sometime next year (mid summer), and I was wondering if anyone knew of any sites that gave really good deals on stuff. 2 people, round trip airfare from NY, hotel accomodations. Dont care what hotel/casino its at, as long as its either on the strip or within walking distance to the main strip.

I've been to Vegas a couple of times before, but Jenn hasnt...so I was thinking maybe I would take her (or another girl thats a good friend if Jenn and I dont stay together too much longer). Alot of the sites that I've looked at (Trip Advisor, Hot Wire, Expedia, Travelocity, Orbitz, Priceline, etc..) all have trips that seem super expensive. I think they all add additional fee's and stuff to the trips. If anyone knows of any good deals or places to check out....let me know. Thanks! smile.gif

Mid-summer?!?! Are you nuts?! It'll be like 5billion degrees here!

But if you must.......

Hotels.com
Ultimatefares.com
farecast.live.com
Airline websites sometimes have the best deals

The Sahara hotel/casino has the best rates most of the time and is at the far North end of the strip. Decent rooms for a great price in a decent part of town.

Anything I've missed, email/pm/reply to me.

Heat doesnt bother me at all. I grew up in Cali and have alot of friends that live in the desert, so I love west coast summers!

I'll check out those sites for sure! Thanks! smile.gif

Priceline overall usually beats out everyone else when you add up all the fees. Sometimes Hotwire or Orbitz are lower though.

Two questions... First, do you want to stay at a large resort or is a small motel/hotel fine with you? Second, are you willing to pay for all of your stuff individually or are you looking to buy an all-inclusive package?

I dont want to stay at anything like a motel or holiday inn or anything like that. I'd prefer to stay at a resort/casino.

If the resorts give stuff away for shows and stuff....great. I'd prefer that, but I'm also willing to throw cash to see stuff too.
