My preference too.

HIDs are invaluable!! I would NEVER give mine up, it's soo much safer driving at night, your visibility is drastically increased, and I rarely use my high beams either. The look of them beats clear corners any day.
I might go for the PRDs before clears as they'll give you slightly better performance (don't expect anything terribly noticeable though), but clear corners do look pretty hawt.
Definitely get some HIDs, eBay is great for them, get ones that have a decent warranty and with a high rating seller. drillsergeant.gif

 

If you havent done your regular maintenance in a while Id say the wires. Id say the wires first anyway because I like performance more then looks lol

After that HIDs and then clear corners.
