Default Two-inch LEGO gun gets 4th-grader in trouble

Patrick Timoney, a 9-year-old student, was in the school cafeteria Tuesday playing with LEGOs when he was taken to the principal's office and threatened with suspension. One of his toys was a LEGO policeman that holds a 2-inch plastic gun.

They quoted another adult involved that said "the principal could use some more education", lol. He was basically laughed at for even considering suspension.

1) I know my LEGOs and that is not a LEGO gun haha
2) I remember we used to have some building toys at my kindergarten and we would build guns and knives with them. To this day I haven't murdered anyone to my knowing.

This world is effed up.
