Twister!

So the the other night we were hit by several F2 tornados. Our entire town was leveld. Many of the resorts around here were destroyed and flattend. Our house was one of the few left standing. Our neighbor found one of his horses a mile from his house wrapped in barbwire and the neighbor on the other side of us had all the water sucked from his swimming pool. It was CRAZY.
BUT WE SURVIVED.
BUT WE SURVIVED.

Sorry to hear about your town dude. Glad to hear you and sounds like most of the town faired well though. Tornados are some of the most amazing natural occurances to me. When I use to live in Ohio at the end of Tornado Alley it was like clockwork for our neighboring town (Xenia) to get hit. I loved watching them dance across the ground and was always amazed by the aftermath. Especially if we hadn't husked the corn fields yet, that was especially a neat thing to look at, the field might have a nicely cut trail through it, or even once, we had a tornado just jumping around and made the field look like patch work.

wow. very lucky indeed....
and i have a question. this may not be in reference to you or your community.... but how is it that tornados know that a trailer park is around? for example, the twisters that hit in Indiana a few weeks back hit a trailer park. and its always so common to see them touch down on one of these parks...
how do they know?! lmao tongue.gif

It's so true about that Spart. Where I lived before now, we had one tornado (basically just really high winds) and it was pretty central in the trailer park area of town. Moved one about 4 ft to one side. Crazy.
Glad to hear you and yours made it out man. There's been some pretty crazy winds up our way too, we had two rare tornados hit in the Hamilton area. Not nearly as devastating, but extremely rare. Stay safe.
