Yeah, word, if you haven't tried Trillian since before version 1, you are really REALLY missing out.

Actually, if you don't like trillian, you either...

a. Shouldn't be on a computer.

b. Don't use IM programs.

c. Never took the time to personalize the program to your tastes.

d. Are SPIKE.


Serious, the difference between 1.0 and 3.0 is STAGGERING.

Best program of the year in my opinion. The new one is about perfect.

Also, it IS A SKINNABLE PROGRAM. I've got about 6 skins for mine. Best part is, this one will do EVERYTHING that each program it supports does.

i'm using Trillian right now. finally figured out the font color thing in messages...

what i don't like is that you manually have to type in the HTML code if you want color in your info. also, i can't figure out how to put color in away messages. it didn't take my HTML last time i tried.

i got a skin that i like.

i belive redz was refering to the fact that his version wasent quite legit, lol, dw man neither is mine, umm if ur already using it that means you either already paid, have a cracked version, or typed in a serial key.

SP2 is Service pack 2 for Windows XP, go to tools, windows update, if you dont have it yet, i recomend getting other updates also if you havent have already.

Just because I don't use Trillian doesn't mean I shouldn't use a computer. I only use AOL IM so why get it. I refuse to.

 

Actually, if you're using Trillian, that means you have several accounts with different services.

And if you're using MSN, then that's when you shouldnt be using a computer wink1.gif

All versions of Trillian were skineable as well.

I personally always preferred ICQ. Seems like a lot of folks used AIM and I also used Yahoo a bit. So I got this instead of having all that crap on my PC. Then there's the stubborn few that HAVE to use MSN.

BTW folks, even JAVA is using Trillian 3.0pro now.
