Major cardholder lawsuit

Everyone should read this, even if you have not used your credit card overseas it's good to know what's going on. They make millions off these kinds of things. Travelers in the last 11 years can now get some of their money back because they were overcharged.

 

i got that letter in the mail yesterday... not sure if i'm gonna fill it out. seems like a lot of hassle for $25. haha

 

hmm. I lived in germany for 2 years... Maybe I'm part of this lawsuit? I wish I didn't move around so much, they'd probly send my mail to my last duty station and I'll never see it.

I got that in the mail yesterday also but i thought it was a scam cause i've never owned a credit card till like four months ago...

HAHA my letter was all in spanish. i thought i had identity theft for some illegal alien trying to get their Visa/greencard. lmao.gif

isn't this like the hyundai horsepower overestimation lawsuit? you have three options, the first just stating you can get $25. i couldn't read the rules, they were in latino. i'm also pending whether or not to go through and fill it out. My parents used their Visa for gas throughout the last 10 years and they didn't get anything in the mail.

has the outcome of the case been resolved, or is it still proceeding?
