Well, it's been a blast living here in my 2 bedroom townhouse for the last year or so. The lake is basically my back yard, I have a 2 car garage in which I've turned into a small hack shack, and my next door neighbor is the single most hottest chick I've ever seen. But rent is $875 + Utilities (paying over a grand/month for everything)and it's taking a toll on the old bank account. I have until the end of next month to find a new place. Thinking about renting out a nice house somewhere in central suburbia. Don't quite want a mortgage since I'll be moving back home to Cali eventually, so that's out. But an actual house doesn't sound too bad to rent. That way I can really do alot of sh^t and not have to worry about neighbors, like you do with an apartment or townhouse. Oh well..whatever happens, I'm sure it'll be a good. rolleyes.gif At least I hope anyway....

Nah....would suck if I throw a party for me and my current next door neighbor and it starts to rain. Cardboard gets wet too easily. *ha ha* J/K tongue.gif

WHOO-HOO! Think I found a place. 3 bedroom house/3 car garage/pool/deck/balcony off master bedroom/finished basement all for only $700/month. I guess some old lady lived there and kicked the bucket, and now the estate is being rented out. Plus it's right down the street from the Lake basically. The only thing I need is a priest and some Holy Water (to keep the ghosts out) and I'm good to go! Going to check the place out today after work! Wish me luck...........
