Always sucks...Ok so I was in the accident 10/11/07 I filled the claim the next day, 5 days later the parts were ordered, IE front bumper w/foglights cf hood, right fender, clear corners, and hoodlatch bar. 4 months later and they tell me that they have recieved the hood, but do NOT know where the front bumper is even though it was supposed to be shipped with the hood. And somehow they do not have a tracking number from California after it passed customs for the front bumper. How can a legitament company tell you that, "oh we dont know where the front bumper went" mad.gif

UPS just lost the engine head I bought from hyundaicraz on it's way from florida to michigan. 55 pounds of aluminum and they can't find it. Apparantely legitimate companies lose large items a lot...

sorry to hear that man, sometimes the best way to talk to a big company is with a lawyer, that seems to put peoples asses in gear real fast.

lmao.gif I learned my lesson with Allstate....Never do business with them... Had a head on collision and FULL coverage and I didn't see 1 dime. The guy gave a false address. Last time I checked uninsured motorist was on there.

Insurance is the biggest scam of all...

Ok I will make sure to watch for that I should not be paying anything at all so if they try to tell me that I owe something it should be interesting.
