The title is sarcasm but true in a sense. I was driving home here near chicago and as I was leaving the store (ON THIS VERY RAINY NIGHT), I saw two riceboys (APC stickers and all) revving there engines. So I followed to see if they were playin around or not. They werent and started racing around 30 mph and at one point had to have his 60-65 mph in a 45 with a lot of stop lights. Well go figure the light turned yellow well before they were close so the eclipse RS decides to hit his brakes a little to hard. I was following them to see who won and saw him start to fishtail. The civic racing him was fine in his lane but the eclipse ended up facing me head on, so I swerved to avoid him when I did that, I spun out in a 180 and was facing his rear end AND the oncoming traffic. Reverse in our cars is awesome. MORAL OF STORY: FOOLS RACE IN RAIN. Like I said, maybe its the tib drivers are smarter....lol

 

i learned that the hard way, but i hit a guard rail. (i was younger when this happened)

 

I remember (dry weather) driving pretty fast on a circular fwy on-ramp and doing a 180. ha ha ha. that was fun. so glad i didn't hit anything. weird how it spun out like that. I guess i exceeded the limits of my tib

 

Thats why I have AWD wink

 

AWD isn't going to save your butt if you lock 'em up or exceed your wet handling limits... God help you if you think it does.
