Just wanna know where you guys stand on the Hella Flush scene, just curious I like the look IMO.
But this guy goes to the extreme about hating the whole scene with a passion!

I like wheels being flush to the body. They shouldn't stick out 5" or be recessed 4", but at the same time I find it completely ignorant the way people stretch the tire and it doesn't even touch the lip of the rim. Proper width, diameter, and offset are important, but it's not a life altering decision. Find something that looks good, but don't slam a civic with 20" wheels and a stretched tire.
Whether I agree with some of that poster's rants or not, he's an idiot, and most of his rants are pointless. "Easily identifiable by the cops" "depreciates cars value" blah blah.
weak rant.

I like the look of a wheel/tire inside the fender over anything
That was always my biggest concern with the Veilside Tib. My rims were too far inside the body

ironically,3 days ago I hooked up with a bud I Havent seen in 4 years,he has a slammed v dub with porcshe rims and streatched tires!, I questioned him on them and he tossed me the keys,.Even at full boost and over city bumps ,it was suprisingly awesome handling,of course with a lil camber and tein suspension. It actually rode great, but then he hasnt had em on for a long time yet, so we'll see how long they last...

Now drive it with proper rims and tires. Much better.

Not only is the dumbest thing ever, it gets expensive cause you were out two inchs of you tire!!! WTF is that about anyway...
Also why have the Rim stick out so you can smash it on curbs???
What are people thinking, I think people are goin a little to far with the Super Camber, and the Hella Flush Garbage, Wheel wells are designed for a reason!

My take on it is that if someone likes it, then they are welcome to do it. Just don't ask me to fix it when something breaks, because if you do, it will be after hours, and you will pay overtime. Though, I quite like the sound when one of these boys tries to panic-stop when they realize they will not make it through the lights. laugh.gif
