Striped cat has fairly significant, but controllable oversteer. Note how controlled it is as it slides sideways mere fractions of an inch from the wall.
Gray cat took a bad line through the apex and nearly spun as it stalled. Handling appears to be fairly neutral but lack of experience shows as he trades fur with the black cat as they pass through the gate.
Black cat took an aggressive line taking gray cat on the inside however he was too hard on the brakes and scrubbed off too much speed sliding his tail around heading for the gate. He may get a DSQ for obviously obstructing gray cat. You just can't hop in front of a cat with that much more acceleration and not plan on getting run over.

Unless Striped Cat was heading for the pit stop, he's waaaaaay off course - he completely missed the turn and is solidly out-of-bounds. Definite DSQ for not staying on the track. He had the most in control, except for the fact that he was going the wrong way.
