Is there anything even comparible to a Keltec PF9 in size, caliber and cost?

Is there anything even comparible to a Keltec PF9 in size, caliber and cost?
I don't think I've seen anything without dropping down to .380 or smaller. I want a 9mm as a carry gun and I want to go as small as possible. The Kahr's and some other 9mm's might be as small or smaller but you're talking $600++. I'm looking to spend under $400 so I think the PF9 is about the only thing even close.
Someone recommended the Skyy CPX-1 but I think it's actually sized more like the P11 instead of the PF9, although the price is good. Before I end up with a PF9 I just wanted to make sure there wasn't something better out there.
