I just saw a topic about a techer and I thought Id start one about what teachers do on their spare time, My former math teacher is a UFC fighter, His name is Rich Franklin, he went to UC for math and got his masters in education, he taught at my former highschool (oak hills) until my junior year when he left to really pursue UFC, he is now 18-1 and his last match was KEN SHAMROCK and any of you who watch know he kicked is A** badly! June 4th he goes after Evan Tanner for the title....

what do your teachers do lol

I had a military training instructor that was a Texas League Wrestler, went by the name "Johnny Jet". In high school there was a math teacher who used to lift with Hacksaw Jim Duggan in college. Hacksaw got into steroids and they parted ways.

When I was in HS, we had a chemistry teacher with only one hand (lost the right in an accident) He got me into Rugby. Even without a hand, he still drove an original GTO (1964?) and played Rugby. Great guy, the school forced him out though. Even though he never did anything (that I know of) they thought he was a little too friendly with the female students.

well, I went to a private school. What administration said, went. They forced out a LOT of the good teachers due to strange ideas. We had one English Teacher who also taught Russian. He was quite left in his politics and did not fit in well with the administration. He is now Adminstrator at a Private Jewish School.

As for my Chem teacher, he now teaches college, so I doubt any of it was really true.
