i know a guy who can silkscreen for $15 a shirt, and the price decreases with more shirts he does... so if we got a wicked good group buy together i could get em for cheapa... and at the same time he could do RDTuner shirts and have them shipped at the same time

Silk Screen, because of this.. Iron ons (no matter how you word it.. spell it.. it is always a iron on [anyone remeber the comics 'CARtoons']) .. after sometime, they will crack chip, and basically look and be like cr@p.. So, save the iron on for the civic nation (they are use to cr@p).. Stick with the best process.

It may be more pricy, but the quality and long-lasting will be worth it.

sublimations is good, but the registration will need to be exelent otherwise you will get colour runs.
also sublimations need to be on white.
getting them screen printed will be the best, tell them you want the screens made on a 120mesh
"silk screening is the old term" the screens are made with a much finer wiremesh these days..

Java ask what program they use for their colour seperation how many colours etc..
I'd be able to do the artwork and send it to you (colour seperated) it should save you a bit on artwork costs..

i have work shirts that i dunno if they silk screened or not but i've had them for a year or so now and wash them once or twice a week and they still look just as good as the day i got them and the tshirts were a lil over 10 a piece and the hoodys were rite around 20 a piece...i will ask them exact price when i talk to them but i know they're a lot cheaper than 20 a shirt...but either way i'm up for it
