and i can't believe the guy actually got out of the ticket. the "date of the offense" argument is just retarded... but the fact that he drives a Nissan but they put Honda could have probably been why he got away with it

Simple mistake I couldn't make out the kph on the ticket, I thought it had mph . Especially when the cop wrote " exceeded 100 kph, I thought he wrote mph..oh well..
