The cop is awesome for doing that, and Im surprised he didnt actually pull the guy over to give him a ticket. I want to kick the guy talking though in the throat.

I was wondering what he could be pulling somebody over for, because going the limit and being a jackass not moving over is usually not something to get new bracelets for . . . and then he moved back into the PASSING lane!

The cops need to really start ticketing slow drivers in the fast lane and drivers who won't move over to the right for other faster drivers. That's why it's called the fast lane, if your not passing cars move or stay in the right lanes. The Autobahn is like that.
Out here its almost always faster to drive in the slow lane since people who have problems even merging onto the freeway feel the need to get all the way over to the left lanes and drive under the speed limit forcing the faster drivers to use the right lanes to pass. I run into people like this every day and it seems to get worse when gas prices are high and they feel the need to conserve gas by driving 55mph in the fast lane instead of 65mph. Whats worse is when they do that and pace the slow car or truck next to them blocking all lanes of traffic and forcing everyone behind them to slow down to their speed. 1/2 the time they leave miles of empty space in front of them since no one can get around to pass and it doesn't take long for cars to start lining up. Then when it's time for them to merge over for their exit they slow down even more to get behind the car next to them causing the fast lane to become the slowest lane.
I think the carpool lane has caused drivers to be this way because the far left lane is not used for passing anymore and bad drivers that would normally stay in the slow lane start moving over just because they have enough people in their car creating these situations. They need to change that lane to an advanced driver lane and allow people who can pass a more advanced driving test at the DMV to be the only ones allowed to use that lane or they can get a carpool violation sized fine. People who can pass these tests and get the advanced driver license should know how to merge over for their exit sooner and be able to do this without slowing down that way the advanced lane stays faster than the slow lanes. I think that would help with traffic and create better and safer drivers out on the roads.
