Spencer, NC--A Deputy responding to a call of a suspicious vehicle got an eye full when he arrived on the scene. The Rowan County sheriff's deputy found three people who were all nude.
According to WBTV, the call came in around 9:00am, to an address on Hackett Street which is off Highway 29 just outside of Spencer. The deputy wrote in his report that he found two women and one man "engaged in sexual activity".
Capt. John Sifford, a spokesperson for the Sheriff's office, said, they charged: Alexander M. Jefferson, 44, with engaging in prostitution and trespass because he mention paying $20.00.
Sifford said the two women face drug charges but were not charged in connection with prostitution.
Stacey A. Sullivan, 46 was charged with felony possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia and trespass and Jennifer A. Konicki, 37 was charged with possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia and trespass.
