Hey if you can handle it, it should not be wreckless.

Nah, he didn't run. What they were saying was that his driving was reckless only to himself, the roadway was empty, he stayed in his lane, and didn't endanger any other drivers.

Well, isn't a speeding ticket just that, a SPEEDING ticket. Clearly he was speeding. Law has speed limitations for a reason, once your over the speed limit you have broken the law. It's called governmental control polacies.

For ex. I had a speeding ticket a couple years ago. I was by myself, on an empty road at 3am. Speed limit was 50 and I was going 70. I still got ticketed by a cop driving down the other direction. So I still got a speeding ticket. What is the difference between my case and the case above?

Did this guy even get a speeding ticket?

The Difference is the trooper decided to give him a ticket for reckless driving instead of a speeding ticket. The trooper could of written both tickets.

He fought and won against the reckless driving ticket... this has nothing to do with him beating a speeding ticket.

Also, the difference is he took it to court and apparently had a good lawyer... you did not nana.gif
