It's -29. You multiply and divide then add and subtract. However, you do the multiplying and dividing in the order they appear in the equation. You then add and subtract in the order they appear in the equation. You don't always multiply before divide or add before subtract. It's "add and subtract", not "add, then subtract". The rule is "multiply and divide, then add and subtract".
