nothing wrong with having a prelude.. them, the S2000, and the NSX are the best honda products.

mileage was getting kind of high. tranny was starting to go. the infamous syncro problem. clutch was fine.insurance was kind of high. prelude is a few hundred less surprisingly. i sold the airram and bbtb. left i/h/e on. still gotta few things for sale. check for sale section.

the car served me well as my first car. learned alot from what to do not to do.

looking for a 5th gen prelude
or even rsx type s if i can find the right price

Hmm thats odd.

My ins on my wife's policy is $48 a month lol.

She also gets a huge discount for having me on there so hers is cheap too.

Hondas are good cars, disgustingly overpriced here in America though sadly and not worth the money here.

Mind you that pretty much goes for anything not made here, Audi, Volvo, VW, Jaguar, Land Rover.

Compared to prices in the UK I could *never* *ever* justify buying a import unless it was cheap as dirt.

By the time you figure in the ludicrous price and the high part price youre still cheaper off with a US car.

I mean sure Acuras and so on have great reliability, but you could fix a domestic 5 times for the fix price on a Acura..

Preludes are great cars I have to be honest, my aunt back in the UK swore by them until her back went out on her and she got a honda SUV (little thing I dont think they sell them here in the US).

I don't think that's true.

With how popular hondas are, you can fix one for next to nothing. They also have the highest resale value, nothing wrong with hondas, I just like being original.

parts are everywhere for them.

for a problem i wouldnt go to a deal.
aftermarket parts are pretty cheap.

ad for your insurance claim. of course a spouce brings it down and your age probably does. im only 19. so i get ripped off everywhere

Not necessarily true with the 'Lude. Out of all the Hondas, save maybe the ugly ridgeline, it is the most ignored by ricers and others. The Civic is cheaper and lighters, the RSX/Integra has a bigger following, and the NSX and S2000 are the holy grail of honda tuning.. so the originally expensive 'Lude remains in the shade of it's fellow hondas, even though many of things we take for granted on hondas came first on that car.
